I am ready to be home. While RV Life is fairly kick-ass, I miss our fur babies. And reliable sources of running water.

I got my braces off 18 years ago today. I remember because today is the birthday of a girl I once knew. Last I heard, she’d designed some jewelry for Michelle Obama.

I know I can step up my blogging game. I know I can make this into everything I want it to be. Stay tuned for more whimsical weirdness, dear friends.

4. Check Yourself, Yo.

We are all guilty of complaining, perhaps some of us more than others. Just remember that it’s all relative, love. Your shitty day may be someone else’s paradise.

5. A Rested Head Makes Better Bread.

Why do we think it’s cool to be burned out? Do we think we’ll win some Grand Prize of Productivity? Last I checked, I need at least eight hours of sleep to function properly. It takes me longer than I care to admit to fully read and comprehend a New Yorker article. But you know? I would rather take my time. I would much rather listen and learn, than spew a bunch of meaningless jargon just to sound smart. ‘Cuz that ain’t foolin’ anybody.

Quality over quantity. Always.
