A Note.

Sometimes there is a deep cavern of sadness within me, that I fear will never leave.

Why do we create these fractures between us?

  5. For me, sadness comes and goes, along with that huge empty hole in the middle of me. It feels that being human, and aware that is my state of being, is sad. Why would it not be? I find most of us feel lost and disconnected at times, and I think it’s because, at the heart of it all, we come out of the world and leave the world alone. It’s a solitary journey. But there’s also immense beauty and joy in having the opportunity to be human and self-aware. Take care of you, my friend.

  6. Fractures exist to help us heal what needs to be healed.

Awareness of the fractures is a good sign. It means willingness to heal what you discover is broken ❤️🥰

It takes time. Baby steps are still progress❣️❣️❤️❤️
